Supremacy of Constitution

This is a proposed amendment to the Constitution.

1. This Amendment shall clarify language contained in Article 6 of the Constitution.
2. No domestic or international governing body, law, treaty, doctrine, or any other thing from another nation or power, shall supercede this Constitution as the Supreme Law of the United States of America, nor shall the rights of the people under this Constitution be abridged thereby, nor may the government cite any of those things as creating a compelling interest to deprive the people of any rights under this Constitution.
3. Adherence to the letter of the Constitution shall be the only basis for decisions by the Supreme Court.
4. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the several States, as provided herein.
