This is a proposed amendment to the Constitution.
This Amendment clarifies, but does not replace, the First Amendment.
Freedom of Religion and Expression shall not be construed as granting permission for any person to inflict or threaten physical harm, or to otherwise subjugate for purposes of personal belief, another person, including the imposition of specific attire, or to enable foreign enemies or the followers of any religion, faith, or doctrine to engage in activities intended to supplant this Constitution as the Supreme Law of the United States; but no person shall otherwise be denied the right to engage in religious activity or any other speech, either private or public, nor shall any person be subject to prosecution for perjury, obstruction, or contempt of court or Congress by any agent of law enforcement for any speech made while not under oath or affirmation.
Freedom of Speech shall not be construed to be a right of any artificial entity, such as a corporation, other business entity or organization, except as a direct expression of its consenting and expressly named members.
Freedom of the Press shall not relieve them of an obligation to impartially present the facts on both sides of any issue.
